ภายในนิทรรศการมีการบอกเล่าถึงความสำคัญของพื้นที่คุ้มครองทางธรรมชาติ (Protected Natural Areas) ซึ่งเปรียบเสมือนพื้นที่หลอมรวมระหว่าง "ผู้คน วัฒนธรรม และธรรมชาติ" เข้าไว้ด้วยกัน เพื่อปกป้องมรดกทางธรรมชาติที่สำคัญที่สุดของชาติ โดยมีหน่วยงานหลักอย่าง SERNANP (National Service of Natural Areas Protected by the State) ของเปรู เป็นผู้ดูแลรักษาระบบนิเวศอันยอดเยี่ยม ควบคู่ไปกับการส่งเสริมให้ชุมชนท้องถิ่นได้ใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรธรรมชาติอย่างยั่งยืน

Embassy of Peru in Thailand Invites All to Discover the Wonders of Nature at "Peru's Natural Reserves: Biodiversity and Landscapes" Exhibition
BANGKOK – On May 19, 2026, Mr. Sitthichai Udomkitthanakul and Mr. Kamhaeng Tankamhaeng, Executives of U. Travel Vacations Co., Ltd., attended the Peru Photo Exhibition organized by the Embassy of Peru in Thailand, in collaboration with Siam Piwat and Siam Discovery, presents an educational and photographic exhibition showcasing the rich ecosystems of Peru. Titled "Peru's Natural Reserves: Biodiversity and Landscapes," the exhibition aims to raise awareness about environmental conservation and sustainable tourism.
The exhibition highlights the significance of Protected Natural Areas, described as spaces where "people, culture, and nature" come together to preserve the nation's most vital natural heritage. Peru's National Service of Natural Areas Protected by the State (SERNANP) serves as the principal agency working to protect the country's rich biodiversity and remarkable landscapes, while simultaneously promoting the sustainable use of natural resources for the benefit of local communities.
Peru is ranked as one of the world's ten megadiverse countries. Much of this natural wealth is preserved within 77 nationally administered protected natural areas. Together, these protected zones cover more than 17% of the national territory, ensuring the preservation of a representative sample of Peru's unique species and ecosystems for future generations.
